A man has been arrested after reports of allegedly assaulting his partner who is pregnant.
Officers arrested a suspect after he was tracked to a location in south east London.
The suspect was then detained at taser point by officers without harm.
He was wanted for Threats To Kill and Grievous Bodily Harm and is alleged to have assaulted his partner who is pregnant.
Police say he has also had a history of assault on police, knives, and violent offences.
A spokesperson for Bexley Police said: “Arrested for Threats to Kill and GBH who had been wanted for some time.
“Great work by the teams and linking together with another Borough unit.
“Officers from SE BCU VS assisted the SW Predatory Offenders Unit with a successful arrest enquiry for a suspect who had been tracked by them to a location in SE BCU.
“VSU officers attended and detained the suspect at taser point without incident.
“He was wanted for TTK and GBH and is alleged to have assaulted his partner who is pregnant.
“He has also had a history of assault on police, knives, and violent offences.
“Another violent offender off the streets and quick work by the VSU.”
