A man who stole more than £1,000 worth of vinyl records has been fined in court.
On March 23, 2022, Julian Peter Marsh stole vinyl records to the value of £1,121.69 from an HMV store at The Glades Shopping Centre in Bromley.
The 53-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on July 19, 2022.
Marsh, of Lombard Street in Newark, was ordered to pay £260 for the offence.
This includes an £80 fine, victim service costs of £95 and £85 to fund the Crown Prosecution Service.
Marsh was also ordered to complete mental health treatment by July 18, 2023.
Marsh must pay £20 per month which commenced on August 5, 2022.
