A TEENAGE boy has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Eltham.
The incident happened in Eltham High Street just before 6.30pm today.
Officers attended with London Ambulance Service crews.
The boy was found with superficial injuries.
He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Another teenage boy was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.
A crime scene currently remains in place.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “At 18:24hrs on Wednesday, 3 August police were called to Eltham High Street following reports of a stabbing.
“Officers attended and found a teenage boy with superficial injuries.
“He was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service
“Another teenage boy was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.
“A crime scene remains in place.”
