The GP Patient Survey has revealed how doctor’s surgeries in Bexley were rated for 2022.
Patients have had their say on the service their GP provides in an annual survey carried out by the NHS.
The survey includes categories such as how easy it is to get an appointment, whether appointments are in person, and how helpful the receptionists are.
We’ve searched through the results of the 20 GP surgeries in Bexley to find the best and worst rated surgeries for overall experience.
Ingleton Avenue Surgery came out on top, with a 94 per cent satisfaction rate, whilst Welling Medical Practice was right at the bottom with just 38 per cent of patients saying they had a good overall experience.
In fact, Welling Medical Practice was the worst rated doctor’s surgery out of all 127 across Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, and Lewisham.
The four next worst-rated GP surgeries in Bexley were:
- Belvedere Medical Centre – 50 per cent
- Bexley Group Practice – 51 per cent
- The Northumberland Heath Medical Centre – 53 per cent
- Westwood Surgery – 53 per cent
After Lyndhurst Road Medical Centre, the four next best-rated GP surgeries were:
- Lyndhurst Road Medical Centre - 84 per cent
- Bellegrove Surgery – 81 per cent
- Station Road Surgery – 76 per cent
- Plas Meddyg Surgery – 75 per cent
