The GP Patient Survey has revealed how doctor’s surgeries in Bromley were rated for 2022.
Patients have had their say on the service their GP provides in an annual survey carried out by the NHS.
The survey includes categories such as how easy it is to get an appointment, whether appointments are in person, and how helpful the receptionists are.
We’ve searched through the results of the 42 GP surgeries in Bromley to find the best and worst rated surgeries for overall experience.
Eden Park Surgery and Manor Road Surgery came out joint on top, both having a high satisfaction rate of 90 per cent, making them the joint second best-rated GP surgeries out of all 126 across Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, and Lewisham.
On the other end of the scale, Broomwood Road Surgery was at the bottom with just 51 per cent of patients saying they had a good overall experience.
The nine next worst-rated GP surgeries in Bromley were:
- Summercroft Surgery – 57 per cent
- London Lane Clinic – 59 per cent
- Stock Hill Surgery – 59 per cent
- Southborough Lane Surgery – 60 per cent
- Robin Hood Surgery – 61 per cent
- Poverest Medical Centre – 63 per cent
- Cornerways Surgery – 64 per cent
- Crescent Surgery – 64 per cent
- Highland Road Surgery – 64 per cent
After Eden Park and Manor Road Surgeries, the eight best-rated GP surgeries were:
- St James’ Practice – 87 per cent
- Pickhurst Surgery – 84 per cent
- Forge Close Surgery – 83 per cent
- Family Surgery – 82 per cent
- Cator Medical Centre – 82 per cent
- Elm House Surgery – 82 per cent
- Chelsfield Surgery – 81 per cent
- Green Street Green Medical Centre – 80 per cent
