The driver of a silver Vauxhall Astra has been fined more than £244 after being caught drink driving in Dartford.
Pavel Stirbu, of Hurlingham Road in Bexleyheath, was stopped while driving in Bob Dunn Way on May 7, 2022.
There was 72 microgrammes of alcohol in a sample of 100 millilitres of Stirbu’s breath - which exceeds the prescribed limit.
The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence and was fined £244 during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on May 27, 2022.
This includes a £125 fine, £34 to fund victim services and costs of £85.
Stirbu was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 20 months – which can be reduced to 20 weeks if he completes a course by July 8, 2023.
