A 17-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after he was stabbed in the neck in Forest Hill.
Police were called just after 9pm last night (June 6) to reports of a stabbing on Perry Vale in Forest Hill, Lewisham.
Emergency services attended the scene and found a 17-year-old boy with a stab injury to his neck.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a non life-threatening condition.
Another male has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Police remain on scene and a crime scene is in place.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 21:04hrs on Monday, 6 June to Perry Vale SE23 to reports of a stabbing.
“Officers responded with LAS and London's Air Ambulance.
“A 17-year-old boy was found with a stab injury to his neck.
“He was taken to hospital.
“His condition has been assessed as non life-threatening.
“Another male has been arrested in connection with the incident.
“Police remain on scene and a crime scene is in place.”
