A woman from Croydon has appeared in court after using a cancelled Blue Badge on a vehicle in Bromley.
Chelsey Stewart displayed a badge under the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 on her vehicle on November 4, 2021, which was after the badge had been cancelled.
Stewart, 29, was ordered to pay £424 for the offence during a single justice procedure hearing at Bexley Magistrates' Court on May 26, 2022.
This includes a £40 fine, £350 costs and a £34 surcharge.
Stewart, of Fell Road in Croydon, must pay this in £20 monthly instalments starting on June 23, 2022.
