A planning application has been submitted to Bromley Council for a new Pret a Manger shop in Beckenham.
The application proposes the new shop to be built in Beckenham High Street.
It includes the installation of an internal illuminated fascia sign and one external illuminated projecting sign.
The potential build will be replacing Santander who previously vacated the property.
The application, which is currently under consideration, was submitted to the council on May 9.
