A child has been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a lamppost in Beckenham.
Police were called to the junction of Beckenham Hill Road and Highland Croft.
The incident happened shortly after 5pm yesterday (May 26).
London Ambulance Service crews and the London Fire Brigade also attended the scene.
A child was taken to hospital.
Her condition was assessed as not life-threatening.
Police enquiries are ongoing following the incident.
Anyone who saw the crash is asked to call 101 and quote reference CAD 5747/26May.
A spokesperson for Met Police said: “Police were called at 17:06hrs on Thursday, 26 May to reports that a car had collided with a lamppost at the junction Beckenham Hill Road and Highland Croft in Beckenham.
“Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade.
“A child was taken to hospital where her condition was assessed as not life-threatening.
“Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who saw what happened is asked to call 101 quoting CAD 5747/26May.”
