A man from Bexley has appeared in court after committing not one, not two, but THREE different crimes at a McDonald’s restaurant in Lewisham.
Wayne McKellar admitted to possessing cannabis and using a Ford Focus car without the right insurance or licence at the Plassy Road restaurant on March 8 this year.
The 51-year-old was fined £80 and ordered to pay a surcharge to victim services of £34 for the drugs offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on April 4, 2022.
McKellar, of Ellenborough Road in Sidcup, was given no separate financial penalty for using a car on a road or in a public place without third party insurance.
He was given eight points on his licence, however.
No separate penalties were given for the offence of driving otherwise in an accordance with a licence.
McKellar must pay the total of £114 in £20 monthly instalments starting on May 2, 2022.
