A SHOCKING video shows a bike exploding after it was thrown on the train tracks in Sidcup.
The video, posted on Twitter, shows three people during a heated argument, which ended up with one throwing the bike on the tracks.
A ball of fire then emerged on the lines leaving commuters shocked on the other side of the platform.
The following can also be heard being said in the video: “Don’t do that, don’t do that.”
The incident took place at around 6.45pm on April 19, according to British Transport Police (BTP).
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call BTP by texting 61016 and quoting reference 523 of 19/04/22.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “BTP were called to Sidcup station at 6.45pm on Tuesday 19 April following reports of an altercation and a bicycle thrown onto the tracks.
“Enquiries into this incident are ongoing.
“Anyone with information can contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 523 of 19/04/22.”
