A teenager has been charged with the murder of Teon Campbell Pitter after a stabbing in Lewisham.
Officers were called to reports of a fight at the Moonshot Centre in Angus Street just after 4.05pm on April 13.
Teon, aged 16, from Lewisham, was found close to Fordham Park with stab injuries.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A murder investigation was then launched following the incident.
The teenager, a 15-year-old boy, appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court today (April 18).
He was also charged with possession of a bladed article.
He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on April 21.
A spokesperson for Met Police said: “A 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of 16-year-old Teon Campbell-Pitter in Lewisham.
“The teenager, who was also charged with possession of a bladed article, appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Monday, 18 April, and was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 21 April
“A murder investigation was launched on 13 April after Teon was found with fatal stab wounds in Angus Street, SE14.”
