A video from an afternoon of crime and disorder in Greenwich shows crowds gathering as emergency services arrive on the scene.
The footage was filmed from a passenger on a bus and shows large crowds of people in Blackheath Common on Tuesday.
Hundreds of people were gathered on the grass area as traffic around the area seems to have come to a standstill.
Some people on the grass are stood in groups, while others can be seen walking.
A number of emergency services sirens can be heard as the video pans to a police scene with a number of vans and an ambulance travelling with blue lights.
Police were called to antisocial behaviour reports and a number of assaults in Greenwich Park at around 4.20pm.
A cordon was put in place to help disperse large crowds.
A stabbing had also been reported but after a search of the area no victim was found.
Police have now confirmed they are content that no stabbing took place.
Seven people were arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and "related offences".
By around 6.15pm the area had been cleared.
A section 60 order was in place in the area until 7am today - allowing police to stop and search anyone in the area.
The disorder occured near to the scene of the Blackheath Bank Holiday Funfair which was forced to close early at around 6pm.
The organisers have now said the Council and police have advised that it can resume "normal operations" from 1pm today (Wednesday).
They added that police confirmed the incidents were "not instigated by the presence of the fair" and that "much of the disturbance took place away from the fairground".
Organiser Joe Noyce said: "I'd like to thank the police for their swift action in dealing with the large group of youths seeking to cause disruption and unrest in this area of Blackheath Common.
"As a family business ourselves, we want to ensure families coming to our fair feels safe, so we have enlisted additional onsite security, and are grateful by police reassurances of additional patrols in the local area. "
Additional safety measures will be in place when the fair reopens - including extra security, enhanced safety checks and teenagers will need to be with an adult to gain entry.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "Police were called at about 16:20hrs on Tuesday, 12 April following reports of antisocial behaviour and a number of assaults at Greenwich Park.
"A stabbing has also been reported; following a thorough search of the area no victim was found.
"Officers are therefore content that no stabbing took place.
"A number of police resources were sent to the scene and a cordon was put in place to help disperse the large number of people in attendance.
"By about 18:15hrs the area had been cleared.
"A section 60 was authorised and was in place until 07:00hrs on Wednesday, 13 April.
"Seven people have been arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and related offences."
