The police have been made aware of a giant water fight planned on April Fools Day.
The water fight was organised to take place outside The Glades shopping centre on April 1, with children across Bromley planning to attend.
Eden Park High School have released a letter to parents warning them to advise their children not to visit the INTU centre after school or take part in the event.
The letter states that a dispersal zone will be in place in this area and that police will be able to ask individuals to leave if they are committing antisocial behaviour.
Eden Park High School quotes Section 34 of the Anti-social behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
The school states they have received messages about concerns that substances other than water would be used.
With temperatures dropping between 9 and -1 degrees tomorrow, it might not be the finest weather for this kind of event.
Similar water fight events have been planned in South London on April Fools Day, such as one outside Wandsworth’s Southside Shopping Centre.
A South West Youth Engagement Team member from Wimbledon Police Station warned children that throwing water at somebody can be considered assault or cause criminal damage.
