A man has been fined more than £2,000 for arriving at Heathrow airport without having booked a Day 2 and Day 8 Covid test.
Mirbaba Niazi arrived at Heathrow Terminal Two on March 3, 2021.
The 36-year-old contravened the requirement to book the two coronavirus tests "without reasonable excuse".
Niazi, of Lewisham Way, was found guilty of the offence during a single justice procedure hearing at Greater Manchester Magistrates' Court on March 14, 2022.
He was fined an initial £1,760 for the offence, a further £176 to fund victim services, and costs of £85.
The total of £2,021 must be paid by May 9, 2022.
