A woman from Woolwich has been fined more than £600 after dropping a cigarette in Asda car park in Charlton.
Lauren Mackinnon, of Samuel Street in Woolwich, was fined £604 for depositing a cigarette in Bugsby Way on July 20, 2021.
This includes a £220 fine, £34 to fund victim services and costs of £350.
The verdict was proved in a single justice procedure at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on February 20, 2022.
Section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applies in this area.
The fine for the offence must be paid by March 22, 2022.
