A man from Lewisham has been fined more than £2,000 in court for failing to book Day 2 and Day 8 Covid tests after travelling.
Andre Leukam arrived at Heathrow Airport on February 22, 2021 and "without reasonable excuse" contravened the requirement to book the two Covid tests.
The 37-year-old was ordered to pay £2,026 for the offence during a Single Justice Procedure hearing at Greater Manchester Magistrates' Court on February 28, 2022.
Leukam, of Windley Close in Lewisham, must pay this by March 28.
The order includes a fine of £1,760, £176 to fund victim services and costs of £90.
