A man has been arrested after armed police swooped on a house in Brockley this morning.
Officers were called at around 10.05am to reports of a man with a gun in Foxberry Road.
Police and ambulance crews flocked to the scene.
A man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and possession of cannabis and taken into custody.
London Ambulance Service sent an incident response officer and a medic in a car to the scene.
Crews assessed a person at the scene but they were not taken to hospital.
Police said no injuries were reported.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "Police were called at 10:07hrs on Wednesday, 16 February to a report of a man in possession of a firearm on Foxberry Road, SE4.
"Officers attended alongside other emergency services.
"One man was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and possession of a firearm and taken into custody.
"No injuries."
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 10:18am this morning (16 February) to reports of an incident at a residential property on Foxberry Road, SE4.
"We sent an incident response officer and a medic in a car to the scene.
"We assessed a person at the scene, but they were not taken to hospital."
