Emergency services have responded to the scene of an "incident" at a home in Brockley.
Ambulance crews were called at around 10.15am today to the home in Foxberry Road.
An incident response officer and a medic in a car was sent to the scene.
A person was assessed but not taken to hospital.
We have asked the Met Police for more information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 10:18am this morning (16 February) to reports of an incident at a residential property on Foxberry Road, SE4.
"We sent an incident response officer and a medic in a car to the scene.
"We assessed a person at the scene, but they were not taken to hospital."
