A driver of a Ford has been fined and disqualified after drink driving in Bexleyheath on Christmas Eve last year.
Karen Neal, 38, of Hart Dyke Road in Swanley, was stopped while driving on Woolwich Road.
She was fined £239 for the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on January 20, 2022 after pleading guilty.
This includes a £120 fine, £34 to fund victim services and costs of £85.
There was 47 microgrammes of alcohol in a sample of 100 millilitres of Karen's breath - which exceeds the 35 micrograms limit.
She was also disqualified from driving for a total of 12 months.
The fine must be paid in monthly instalments of £20 starting from February 17, 2022.
Her disqualification can be reduced by 13 weeks if she completes a course by August 20, 2022, which must be approved by the Secretary of State.
