Suspected stolen property has been found in Dartford after police arrested a man.
Police patrols responded to a man acting suspiciously and looking into parked cars in the Osbourne Road area at around 3.15am on Monday.
The suspect, a 24-year-old man, was stopped on a black and white bike and arrested on suspicion of going equipped to steal.
He was later released pending further enquiries.
Police recovered a large number of items in his possession – including some brown sunglasses, an alcohol testing kit, Ray-Ban sunglasses, a white Huwaei phone charger and a silver sequein purse.
Also seized were a car charger with a white USB cable, a black Lynx car air freshener, a black car charger, a Muzii earphones case, a Ray-Ban sunglasses case, a white and black iPhone charger and a small brown pouch containing a quantity of cash.
Police Sergeant Delana Horne said: "We suspect some of the seized items may be stolen and are appealing to Dartford victims of crime who believe that any of this property may belong to them, to call our appeal line."
