An application has been submitted to Greenwich Council to demolish the former Eltham Police station site.
The site, located on Well Hall Road, was previously vacated by the Met Police last year.
The station, which was built in 1937, has been purchased by investment company group Manston Properties Limited.
The site followed the closure of other police stations in Woolwich, Greenwich, Sidcup, Thamesmead, and Belvedere.
The application, which was submitted on February 2, does not reveal plans for what the site will become.
The nearest police station for Eltham residents is in Plumstead.
The property is located near shops including Argos and McDonald’s.
