A planning application has been submitted to Greenwich Council for new homes in Kidbrooke.

The proposal introduces new properties to be built on Kidbrooke Park Road.

The application proposes four buildings between six and 15 storeys which will overall provide 322 homes.

The scheme includes a commercial space alongside the new homes.

The development will be a “car-free” project but will provide ten blue badge spaces for residents in need.

All parking spaces within the south side of the build will have an electric vehicle charging point.

A total of 580 cycle storage bays will also be provided within all the buildings.

The planning application is currently under consideration.

The council cannot confirm the date of when the application will go to the planning board as the consultation period is live.

The application was submitted to Greenwich Council on January 5, 2022.

A spokesperson for Greenwich Council said: "As the planning application is currently under consideration and the consultation period is live we cannot confirm yet what date it will go to planning board."
