TV and Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is set to open a new London restaurant next month.
Opening in The Savoy Hotel in Westminster will mark the chef's third restaurant in one of London's most famous hotels.
Plans to open doors on February 23, the restaurant will only have room for 26 guests at a time making it very exclusive.
The new restaurant will be called 1890 and is opening just months after Ramsay opened his second restaurant hotel in October, the River Restaurant.
The name pays tribute to famous and loved French chef Auguste Escoffier who joined the Savoy in 1890 and revolutionise the restaurant industry.
The lead of the restaurant will be executive head chef James Sharp who has worked with Ramsay many times and has a very successful portfolio.
1890 will serve a tasting menu at £110 per person which can also be paired with wine.
Speaking to The Evening Standard, Ramsay said: "The tasting menu is seasonal modern French with European influences, prepared with great flair under the very talented executive head chef James Sharp and our hand-picked team."
Adding that: "It’s the third gastronomic jewel operated by our restaurant group at The Savoy and we’re incredibly excited to offer this new experience."
