A MAN has admitted to assaulting a police officer at a south east London hospital.
Bartosz Ossowski beat the emergency worker at Lewisham Hospital on June 10, 2021.
The 39-year-old assaulted the officer who was "acting in the exercise of his functions".
He was subsequently given a community order and fined during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on January 12, 2022.
Ossowski, of Deptford Broadway in Lewisham, must have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months by January 11, 2023.
He must also comply with any instructions of a responsible officer to participate in any activity as required by the officer for up to a maximum of 20 days.
The fine, £95 in compensation, must be paid in £20 monthly instalments starting on February 9, 2022.
