Gas works in Welling are causing road closures and bus diversions on the high street.
The improvement works started on January 10 at Upper Wickham Lane.
The works, carried out by British Gas company SGN, are happening until Friday, January 14.
The 96 bus towards Woolwich is being diverted from Welling High Street - through Central Avenue and Wickham Street.
Buses will miss the stops at Upper Wickham Lane, Burnell Avenue, East Road and Lovel Avenue, according to Transport for London’s website.
A spokesperson for SGN said: “We’re working here (Upper Wickham Lane) to make a new connection to our gas network and expect it to be completed by January 14.”
