A spokesperson for Hays Travel said “Nearly 400 branches and companies were registered to be considered for the award.
“Only 100 out of the 400 agencies have been selected.”
The award contains 23 different categories while also highlighting stand-out stores in 12 different regions.
A spokesperson for Tickets Travel in Bexley expressed their excitement for the nomination.
The spokesperson for Tickets Travel said: “We are over the moon to be nominated for the third time in the TTG Top 50 awards.
“Having won this award before, we hope to bring it back to Bexley again and celebrate our 40th year on the high street.”
The aim of the award is to celebrate local businesses and help to highlight the most trusted travel brands for consumers.
The TTG award, in association with Visit Florida, is the seventh annual search for the best retailers in the UK and Ireland.
The winners of the TTG will be announced at a ceremony at the Vox in Birmingham on March 24.
