If you asked someone what weather they want for the festive period the chances are they will say they're 'dreaming of a white Christmas'.
But being in the south of England the chances of waking up to snow is quite rare thanks to our warm temperatures.
Especially as recently the region has seen dark clouds and freezing temperatures with a bit of drizzle.
But don't worry all hope of a white Christmas as we've looked at the Met Office's latest report for the week ahead.
See the weather for the festive period:
Greenwich-
On Chrismtas Eve, you'll need to wrap up with temperatures only reaching five degrees and dark clouds with some rain expected on the day too.
Chrismtas Day is looking the same too, with grey clouds and a high chance of rain.
For Boxing Day it also looks like no snow, with temperatures at four degrees and some rain too.
Bromley-
Similar to Greenwich, you'll need a coat on Chrismtas Eve with rain and some wind expected too.
No white Christmas Day for Bromley either with dark grey clouds and freezing temperatures predicted.
Boxing Day is looking like a copy of Christmas Day as there will be dark clouds, cold temperatures, and rain on the day.
Lewisham-
Wrap up warm, as it's going to be cold as temperatures reach freezing and there will be a gentle breeze too on Chrismtas Eve.
Christmas Day, there will be some rain and dark clouds but there will be a very gentle wind.
Boxing Day is similar to Christmas Eve with cold temperatures and light clouds for the area.
Bexley-
It seems Bexley will also not be having a white Chrismtas, as it will be cloudy with rain expected too.
For Christmas Day temperatures will be freezing and there will be some wind with rain predicted too.
Boxing Day will have light clouds and a gentle breeze of wind but will have more rain the Christmas Eve and Day.
