Police are investigating after a 52-year-old woman who was injured in a suspected Sidcup hit-and-run died in hospital.
Two men, aged 48 and 32, have been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving in connection with the incident, which took place at around 12.15pm on Blackfen Road on Saturday, November 6.
The victim, who sustained serious injuries, was taken to a south London hospital, where she died on Sunday, November 7. A post-mortem examination will be scheduled in due course.
The vehicle, which did not stop at the scene, was traced later on November 6 and the two men were arrested. Both have been released under investigation while enquiries remain ongoing.
Detectives are not looking for anyone else in connection with this investigation.
