The body of Sabina Nessa, 28, was found on Saturday, September 18 near a community centre in Kidbrooke.

Friday, September 17
Detectives understand that primary school teacher Sabina left her home address on Astell Road, SE3 just before 8.30pm on Friday, September 17.
It is believed that she was making her way through Cator Park towards The Depot bar on Pegler Square, Kidbrooke Village where she planned to meet a friend.
Sabina never arrived at the pub and is thought to have been murdered on Friday night as she walked through the park.
Saturday, September 18
Police were called at around 5.30pm on Saturday, September 18 after Sabina's body was discovered near a community centre in Kidbrooke Park Road, SE3.
At around 9.20pm, police attended an address in Lewisham and arrested a man [A] on suspicion of murder.
He was taken into custody at a south London police station.
Monday, September 20
Sabina was formally identified and pictured by police.
A man [A], aged in his 40s, arrested on suspicion of murder was released under investigation pending further enquiries.
A post-mortem examination carried out on Sabina Nessa was inconclusive.
Tuesday, September 21
Greenwich Police said there will be an increased presence of officers in the Kidbrooke area.
Thursday, September 23
A man, [B] aged 38, was arrested at an address in Lewisham on suspicion of murder.
Police released CCTV images of a man they wanted to speak to in connection with the investigation.
Friday, September 24
The 38-year-old man [B] was released "under investigation".
A candelit vigil for Sabina was held in Kidbrooke.
Police released video CCTV footage showing a man walking in Pegler Square, Kidbrooke, on the evening Sabina was fatally attacked.
Detectives also released an image of a silver vehicle they believed to be linked to a male suspect in the murder case.
Sunday, September 26
A 36-year-old man [C] was arrested on suspicion of murder at around 3am at an address in East Sussex.
He was taken into police custody.
Detective Chief Inspector Neil John, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, said: “Sabina’s family have been informed of this significant development and they continue to be supported by specialist officers.”
Monday, September 27
A man was charged with the murder of 28-year-old Sabina Nessa in Kidbrooke, south-east London on Friday, 17 September.

- Ms Nessa was remembered as "kind, caring and absolutely dedicated to her pupils" by Lisa Williams, head of Rushey Green Primary School where she worked in Lewisham.
- Sadiq Khan paid tribute to Sabina Nessa - and said he was "heartbroken" by her death.
- A neighbour of Sabina Nessa said the route through Cator Park along which the 28-year-old teacher is thought to have been fatally attacked is "too dark."
- Sabina Nessa's parents are "inconsolable" over the death of their daughter, said her cousin.
- Floral tributes have been left in Kidbrooke Park.
