London has seen some flooding over the past few weeks due to heavy rainfall, and the Met Office has warned heavy showers on Sunday could cause the same.
It might also cause disruption to transport.
Here's what the Met Office has said to expect:
- There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded, causing damage to some buildings
- Where flooding occurs, there is a slight chance of delays or cancellations to train and bus services
- Spray and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures
- There is a slight chance of power cuts and loss of other services to some homes and businesses
Here's the weekend forecast in full:
Friday: Any early mist and fog patches soon lifting and breaking. A fine day then follows, with warm sunny spells but also variable amounts of cloud. Maximum temperature 23 °C.
Friday night: Mainly dry with clear spells at first. Low cloud thickening in places overnight, and where clear skies persist mist and fog patches are likely by dawn. Minimum temperature 11 °C.
