Police are renewing an appeal for witnesses a year on from a brutal South Norwood robbery in which a man was kicked in the head while unconscious.
The attack happened outside a shop on Portland Road at around 8pm on September 15, 2020.
The victim, a man, was standing there with a friend when two strangers approached and attacked him.
He was head-butted, kneed in the head and punched repeatedly whilst unconscious.
The suspects then drag the victim, still unconscious, into the street where they kicked him in the head and stamped on his chest, leaving him with a fractured eye socket.
During the attack, which lasted approximately two minutes, a bag was taken.
If you recognise the suspects please get in touch by calling 101 or calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 and quoting crime reference 3828207/20.
