Music, film and food festival, South Facing, launches today (Thursday) at Crystal Palace Bowl.
The genre-spanning series comprises 12 headline music performances and a whole host of free midweek community events.
The brand new open air festival is set to take place until August 31.
There will be ticketed concerts including Dizzee Rascal and The Outlook Orchestra, the English National Opera, Max Richter and more.
Events also include resident DJs, a youth orchestra, live music along with radio and podcasting workshops, and film festivals.
South Facing has also curated a line up of some street food traders including Freewheelin’ Pizza, Oh My Dog, Let’s Do Maki and Los Churros Amigos.
The events are produced and programmed by Crystal Palace Festival, Crystal Palace International Film Festival, Soho Radio and Albert’s Favourite.
Tickets for paid event performances start from £35 and can be purchased on the South Facing Festival website.
The Crystal Palace Bowl has previously hosted some world renowned artists such as Bob Marley, The Who and Pink Floyd.
