A Bexley police officer has broken the women's world record for deadlifting.
PC Lucy, from the Metropolitan Police south east command unit, deadlifted 300kg.
She “smashed” the current women’s record.
According to a “proud” Bexley police team, PC Lucy has been "training hard" for many months.
Bexley Police revealed the news on social media in a post that said: “#WorldRecord PC Lucy from South East BCU deadlifted an amazing 300kg and smashed the current women's record.
“She has been training hard for many months and we are so proud!
“Well done Lucy!!”
