Firefighters freed an elderly man who became trapped after he was hit by a lorry in West Wickham.
The pedestrian, a man in his 80s, was released after being knocked down by a HGV at around 3.30pm yesterday.
Ambulance services, first on the scene, rushed him to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Road closures are in place between Ravenswood and Sherwood Way and the public are advised to avoid the area.
The lorry driver stopped at the scene. No arrests have been made at this stage.
Two engines from Bromley and Woodside stations attended, alongside a rescue unit from Wimbledon.
