Love Island star Jack Fincham was questioned by police in a south east London car park early on a Sunday morning.
The Bexleyheath resident was pictured speaking to police at around 5am on July 11, who were called after he was allegedly seen acting suspiciously, the Mirror reports.
He was briefly detained as four officers before family members arrived and took him home.
A spokesperson for the Met told the Mirror: “Police were called at 5.18am to reports of a man acting suspiciously.
“Officers attended and detained a man.
“No offences had been committed. He was collected by his family.”
Just days before, it was revealed the Fincham had broken up with his girlfriend Frankie Sims, who stars in Towie.
The 2018 Love Island winner totalled his new £35,000 Mercedes in Dartford last October.
The 30-year-old was on his way to enjoy a pub lunch at the Horse and Groom when he crashed into a Chrysler PT Cruiser.
He reportedly took a breathalyser test, which he passed, and one person was treated for injuries.
The reality TV star also allegedly crashed into the back of a parked Mercedes in Chislehurst last August.
Mr Fincham's representatives declined to comment.
