One of the youths was pronounced dead when police arrived at a third floor flat in Verona House, Waterhead Close, Erith at 3am today.
Two other men believed to be in their mid to late teens were taken to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel suffering stab wounds.
One youth has since been discharged and one remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The deceased victim has not been identified and a post-mortem has yet to be arranged.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the killing and are keeping an open mind about motive.
