Another stabbing has taken place south east London after a fight between two men in Welling which left one man in hospital with stab injuries.
Police were called to Upper Wickham Lane in Welling at around 8:39pm on Monday, July 5.
Officers attended with paramedics after reports of a fight and a stabbing.
Two men were found at the scene, one suffering from stab injuries.
He was taken to hospital for treatment and currently remains there, but his condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
The second man was treated by the London Ambulance Service before he was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and taken into custody.
The incident occurred hours after a shocking and senseless stabbing in Woolwich which left a 15-year-old schoolboy dead.
A 15-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of murder after self-presenting to police.
