Police busted an unlicensed music event at a Sydenham location for the second time this year, seizing a sound system.
Officers were called to a building on Kangley Bridge Road at around 11.45pm, gaining entry into the premises.
Partygoers were dispersed and the sound equipment seized.
Police are yet to make any arrests, as they work to identify the event organiser.
A dispersal order has been granted for the area, giving police the power to disperse groups of two or more.

A rave was shut down at the same location in the early hours of New Year's Day.
Upon arrival, officers issued 11 people with Covid 'tickets' - meaning they could each face a fine under social distancing laws.
One was arrested on suspicion of abstracting electricity and three vans' worth of sound equipment was also seized.
