Forty firefighters tackled a blaze at a Sydenham house this afternoon.
Most of the third floor and half of the second floor of the Beaulie Avenue property were completely destroyed fire.
Half of the ground floor and half of the roof were also damaged.
Emergency services were called at 1.15pm, receiving 21 calls in total.
Six fire engines were dispatched to the scene, with crews from Forest Hill, Beckenham, West Norwood, Lewisham, Peckham and New Cross fire stations in attendance.
One woman left the house before emergency services arrived.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
