A man has been charged with the murder of Danny Pearce in Greenwich in 2017.
On Saturday (May 9) the Met Police announced that 23-year-old David Egan will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court charged with Danny's murder.
A 26-year-old man was previously found guilty of murdering Danny and sentenced to life imprisonment in July 2018 with a recommendation that he serve at least 35 years.
Egan has also been charged with possession of a firearm, robbery and possession of an offensive weapon on July 15, 2017 in King William Walk, the date of the murder.
Danny was found with fatal injuries in Greenwich on the day in question.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as multiple stab wounds, but police also found gunshot grazing and evidence of at least four shots fired in his direction.
