Erith Road - Belvedere
A woman has been taken to hospital with head and hand injuries in Belvedere.
Officers were called at 7.21am this morning to reports of an assault on Erith Road.
Police and the London Ambulance Service attended and found a woman, aged in her 40s, suffering minor head and hand injuries.
She has been taken to a south London hospital.
No arrests have been made and enquiries into the full circumstances of the incident continue.
