Speaking about her trip, Diana said: "“It’s been a delight meeting and talking with everyone today at Emerson Park Retirement Village, plus I think we all enjoyed our little work out.
"The facilities here are amazing and to see retirement villages putting gyms into their developments shows that it’s not just the younger generation who want to keep fit."
General manager at Emerson Park, Paul Hart added: "We really enjoyed hosting Diana. She brought amazing energy and practical tips and advice for staying healthy into senior years.
"At 79, Diana looks fantastic and has the energy of someone years younger, which is something all of us at Emerson believe in – age is just a number."
