A van driver has pleaded guilty to causing the deaths of an elderly couple by his dangerous driving.
Ben Ord, 41, killed Robert and Shirley Wigzell in a collision on Footscray Road in Eltham, on February 23.

The Wigzells, who were both in their 70s, were driving through Eltham when their car collided with Ord's Ford Connection transit van.
He pleaded guilty to two charges of causing death by dangerous driving when he appeared at the Old Bailey by videolink from HMP High Down.

Judge Richard Marks QC ordered Ord, of Southend Crescent, Eltham, to be sentenced on Thursday.
Prosecutor Jonathan Polnay did not open the facts of the case.
Members of the victims' family sat in court for the brief hearing.
