Officers were called at around 4.15pm on Sunday to Croydon Road after three boys were punched and threatened by a gang wearing balaclavas.
A Met spokeswoman said the teenage boys were approached near the basketball court, before two pedal bikes and mobile phones were snatched.
No arrests have been made and police have asked any witnesses to call 101 quoting the reference 4950/24.
Two boys, just 11 and 12, were threatened with a knife earlier in the week at the recreation ground.
The suspect stole a phone and camera equipment before allegedly targeting another boy in Beckenham High Street.
Police said at the time that no arrests had been made and enquiries were ongoing.
