A care company supporting vulnerable residents in Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington is renewing a campaign to persuade more people to care for the elderly.
The hashtag #YouCanCare was created by Home Instead Senior Care, which is looking to recruit 50 caregivers.
Owner of Home Instead Bromley, Karina Brown, said there was an upsurge in people looking to join the care sector when the campaign launched last year.
She added: "The idea is to call out to people who may not have thought about a career in care. Caring is a truly rewarding job which offers excellent training and flexible hours.
"As our population continues to age, we are continuing to build our team with kind and compassionate people who want to make a difference to the elderly in the local community."
The Bromley care company was rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission in its latest inspection.
Statistics from Skills for Care suggest the sector is struggling to keep up with an ageing population, with an estimated eight per cent of roles in adult social care being vacant.
Home Instead Senior Care helps clients who live independently and require anything from one to 24 hours support seven days a week.
