Lewisham’s best-performing secondary schools based on Attainment 8 scores have been revealed by the Government.
The Department for Education (DfE) has now published the latest list of results for pupils in Key Stage 4 from 2017.
Schools obtain a score which is based upon how well pupils have performed in up to eight qualifications
These include English, mathematics, three English Baccalaureate qualifications - such as science, computer science, history, geography, and languages - and three other additionally approved qualifications.
This, overall, judges how pupils have performed across the eight subjects on average.
Attainment 8 refers to the overall average of a pupil's performance across these studies
It is used by the DfE as one of several factors to assess schools in the country.
Government-labelled 'special' schools have been omitted from this ranking.
