Bizarre footage has emerged of a group of children causing a nuisance on a street in Dartford in what is believed to be a new craze taking hold.

A dashcam video recorded by ex-taxi driver Noel Reedman shows three youngsters walking on the pavement at the bottom of East Hill alongside a Ford Galaxy.

Two of the three children then run up towards the front of the car before one of them hurls open the back passenger door of the car.

All three kids then run away.

Mr Reedman told News Shopper: "I have never seen anything like this before and I drove a black cab in Dartford for 24 years."

Reports suggest this nuisance activity is becoming a common occurrence in the area.
