Several arrests have been made after an operation involving the Met Police targeted an industrial park in Erith.
Police, the London Fire Brigade, the Home Office, HM Customs, and Bexley Council were among the agencies investigating the site after reports of criminal and safety concerns.
While some investigations into the site are ongoing, some people were slapped with penalties for operating sites with health and safety risks and several vehicles were seized.
After two stolen vehicles were found on the estate, police made several arrests.
Officers also seized two vehicles for "waste offences" and banned six more from operating.
Officers also detained one person in relation to "immigration enforcement."

As part of the lengthy operation, one business was banned from conducting "dangerous" activities and was ordered to look into its health and safety procedures.
The London Fire Brigade also took action against a number of organisations on the site where "significant fire risk" was identified.
After the operation was carried out, Cllr Peter Craske, cabinet member for places at Bexley council, said: “This was a well thought out and planned exercise and I’m extremely proud of the part that Bexley council were able to play in it.
"Our teams were able to seize two commercial vehicles for waste related offences, close two sites that were trading in scrap without a licence, serve a prohibition notice in relation to dangerous work practices, and also undertake enforcement action in relation to other areas of concern.
"A great example of Bexley partners working together.”
As the sting took place on Wednesday afternoon, onlookers took photos and videos of the enormous police presence in the area, among other agencies.
